Mr. Greeff holds a MComm degree in Logistics Management, BComm Honors and BComm from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, a Management Development Program from the University of Pretoria, South Africa and a Forestry Diploma. Mr Greeff has 30 years Forestry Management experience in Silviculture, Harvesting, Merchandising, Transport, Export, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Mr. Greeff joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in 2015 and is responsible for the management of SFI Tanzania Ltd.

Mr Kavishe has an Advanced Diploma in Cooperative Accounting (ADCA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance (PGD-AF) from Moshi University College of Cooperative and Business Studies (MUCCoBS), Tanzania. Mr Kavishe has 20 years´ work experience in Tanzania in financial accounting and joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in 2014 as a Chief Accountant. Mr Kavishe is responsible for the financial management of SFI Tanzania Ltd.

Mr Brown has completed a BSc in Agronomy from the Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. Mr Brown has been in working in Tanzania Sisal Industry from 2006 and in management from 2008. He has extensive experience in sisal nursery development, maintenance and upkeep and fibre grading. Mr Brown joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in 2018 as Estate Manager and is responsible for overall sisal operations and management at Kwamdulu Estate.

Mr Mboya has completed a Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Mr Mboya has been involved in various roles including research and publications, marketing, donor funded program management- HIV AIDS program coordinator for 15,000 stallholder’s tea farmers in Mbeya, Tanzania. Additionally, Mr. Mboya has extensive knowledge and experience in certification and compliance of agriculture products, safety standards, agriculture ethical standard and environmental standards. Mr Mboya joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in 2022 as Estate Manager and is responsible for overall sisal operations and management at Kwaraguru Estate.

Mr Minja has completed a BSc in Forestry from the Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania and a Certificate in Forest Nursery Techniques from the Tanzania Tree Seed Agency (TTSA). Mr Minja´s experience includes the National Forest Resources Monitoring and Assessment of Tanzania (NAFORMA) before joining SFI Tanzania Ltd in 2014 as a Forestry Operational Manager. Mr Minja was promoted to Technical Services Manager in January 2020 and is responsible for the forestry, nursery and technical services management at SFI Tanzania Ltd.

Mr Msuya is a registered Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Officer. He has completed a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Planning and Management from the Institute of Rural Development Planning in Dodoma, Tanzania and holds a Diploma in Health and Safety at the Workplace from Alson. Mr Msuya has experience in various sectors in Tanzania including NGO’s and the Industrial Cement Sector. Mr Msuya joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in 2016 and is responsible for the implementation of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality standards for SFI Tanzania Ltd, including compliance with national legal requirements, and IFC performance standards.

Mr Kizuki is a qualified Engineer with more than 40 years’ experience in the sisal industry in Tanzania and gained professional experience at Amboni Plantations Limited. Mr Kizuki joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in September 2013 as an Estate Engineer and is responsible for the effective management of the Workshop, Decorticator and Brushroom at Kwamdulu estate.

Mr Mushi has more than 20 years’ experience in the sisal industry in Tanzania as a Foreman and was promoted to Estate Engineer in November 2018 based on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Mr Mushi joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in September 2013 and is responsible for the effective management of the Workshop, Decorticator and Brushroom at Kwaraguru estate.

Mr Munuo has completed a BSc in Agriculture Engineering from the Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. Mr Munuo has experience as an Assistant Estate Engineer in the sisal industry and supervisory experience in the textile industry. Mr Munuo joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in May 2019 as a Field Assistant and is responsible for sisal field operations at Kwaraguru Estate.

Mr Kintungi has completed a BSc in Agronomy from the Sokoine Univerity of Agriculture, Tanzania and completed field practical at the Agriculture Research Institute. Mr Kintungi gained professional experience as an Agronomy Officer at Briten, Tanzania where he worked extensively with smallholder farmers. Mr Kintungi joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in July 2019 as a Field Assistant and is responsible for sisal field operations at Kwaraguru Estate.

Ms Greeff is a registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA. Ms Greeff has completed a BA Honors degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa, a BA Degree in Communication from the University of the Fee State, South Africa and a Certificate in Labour Law from PWC. Ms Greeff has worked as a Human Resource Professional in South Africa and Mozambique. Ms Greeff joined SFI Tanzania Ltd in 2015 and is responsible for the implementation of HR best practices at SFI Tanzania Ltd.
